no ubrahon ko man?!!!!!!

My experience in OJT in DAR, a little bit nervous and exciting. A little bit nervous because i know i am new in that company, that’s why i fell shy sometimes. But when we already know the employee, they are nice and fun to be with. I am assigning in the HR Department under with mam Lachica. Actually i am not handling in computer. I am assigning in putting the name of the employee in the log book, when they have a travel .I am not handling computer, but i am handling a typewriter. Heheh. . but even though i am not handling computer, it just ok. Because according to mam Lachica they put all important information in the computer ,that why they are very confidential in handling computer to avoid losing important file. Eventhough I am not handling a computer but still I am busy, because I am a lot of travel order of the employee that will be going to log in the book. then if already log in the book, we need to go the PARO of Provincial Agrarian Officer ot sign the travel order. then if that alrady sign, I will be going to contribute that travel order in different department. I need to log in  the proper log book, because money matter of the company.

Over all my experience is fun and a lot of things that i have learned. One thing that  i learned  is that you must be conscious of the time. And always respect to the employee, even though didn’t know yet. I learned from one of the employee that always be honest. Try to avoid doing things that can make you “nakakahiya” in some people. It was only enjoy because even though we are new in that company, “hambal nila sa amon fell at home, indi kamu maghuhuya. I love also that company because the employee are so nice to us, except the one..hehe. and last eventhough they have an occasion we all invited especially if they have a salu-salo…Lastly doing an OJT in DAR is so good and nice.

Captivating Capiz – “Dumalag“. Dumalag is located by the slopes of several mountains on hilly but fertile land irrigated by the Panay and Malisbug rivers and other rivulents. It is bounded by Dao, Dumarao, Cuartero, Calinog and Tapaz.

Dumalag is typical small town in Capiz. People know and great one another by name. Seeking directions to reach the places that brought them to the idyllic town, 35 kilometers from Roxas City. Dumalag is located in between of Cuartero and Tapaz. Their source of income came from rice planting and selling vegetable. Their work are farmers, fisherman and vendors. One thing that captivate the Dumalag because they a lot of tourist attraction that they can see.

CAPTIVATING SUHOT SPRING

One of the attraction that captivates the eye of the tourist is the SUHOT SPRING. The leading natural attraction of Dumalag is the Suhot Spring and caves being marked by the towering Panginraon Range. The natural brigde and the famed caves of Suhot lead into minimally explored caverns which are claimed to strecth as far as the other side of Panginraon, facing Dumarao, a neighboring municipality. The foot of legendary Panginraon mountain, just 300 meters from the town proper. Surrounded by lush vegetation and second – growth forest, the cave strecthes 18 kilometers. Its innermost recesses and labyrinthine passages have remained unexplored.

It is considered one of the longest caves in the country and has late been drawing amateur and seasoned spelunkers. The body of water in front of the cave is rich in minerals and originates from the watersheds of Panginraon.It flows through a subterranean passage and empties through the cave’s bowl-like opening guarded by a wall of solid rock.People came to Suhot Spring to test if that tourist spot can captivate them.

The many chambers of the Suhot Caves are grow over with stalactites and stalagmites of considerable sizes and lengths. At the mouth of the caves, near the natural brigde, is a spring with sulfurous, salty water that is consideres by the local folks as healthy for bathing. Suhot Spring and caves have become a favorite destination for people coming from other places visiting Dumalag.

CAPTIVATING DUMALAG PARISH CHURCH

Another tourist attraction that Dumalag captivate  is the Dumalag Parish Church under the Patron St. of Saint Martin de Tours. The first church and convent of Dumalag were constructed between 1600 and 1720, and the parish was dedicated to Saint martin of Tour, a bishop. In 1833 Fr. Augustin Duran, whose name has been adopted by one of the Dumalag’s biggest Barangays, started the construction of present church. The church had a five story bell tower which rose majestically at the left side of the church.

The church made of yellow sandstone, is 70m and 18m wide. It has two doors at the sid and one in the front. Small pilasters decorate the facade wall. Six engaged rectangular pilaster rise up to the triangular pediment. The five story belltower rises gracefully by the left side of the church.

CAPTIVATES DINAGSA OR ATI-ATIHAN FESTIVAL

A revelry from sunrise to sunset, with ceaseless and rhythmic beating of drums. A sea of humanity in cadence with black soot “ati” performing rituals, all in honor of El Señor Sto. Niño. A spectacular fluvial parade where the Infant Jesus is carried aboard a fishing boat around the river, out to sea and back. “Dinagsa” connotes the sudden surge of good things washed ashore, such as the generous catch of fish and other sea foods, which Cadiz is famous for. Throw all cares to the wind as you street dance with gaily-costumed ati-tribes. Be game however if you find your own face painted black by playful ATIS.

Each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in

The sand; one belonged to him, and the other to the LORD..

When the last scene of his life flashes before

him, be looked back at the footprints in the

sand. He noticed that many times along the

path of his life there was only one set of

footprints. He also noticed that it happened at

the very lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he questioned the

LORD about it. ” LORD , you said that once I

Decided to follow you, you’d walk with me all

the way. But I have noticed that during the

most troublesome times in my life, there is

only one set of footprints. I don’t understand

why, when I needed you most, you would leave me.”

The LORD replied, ” My son, my precious child,

I Love you amd I would never leave you. During

Your times of trial and suffering, when you

See only one set of footprints, it was then that

I carried you….”

  Being a college of FCC it makes me proud, because  I have a lot of things that I have learned in this school. Things that I always remember when I graduate. I have also meet new friends, classmates teachers and new schoolmates. In this school I learned how to involved in such activities and seminars. I enahced my spiritual ability, I learned how to be faithful in God. Being a filamerian I experienced how to involve in Christianity.

   When it comes to the exam, I fell hardship and crazyness. The memories that I cant forget in this school is that bonding with my friends and classmates. The laugher that we share and the saddest part of our life. I could say that this school makes me how to stand in your own decision and how to be a good christian student.

   At last I rather say that Filamer is not only school in Capiz that can offered a good courses, learning, but it is the school where the christian humanity will enhance. That’s all fellaz…!!!!

 As I step college life I thought it was just highschool life that they don’t care about my subjects whether it is difficult or not, and some activities in school. But now I realize that college is not like highschool, because i have to study hard and sacrifice to pass the course that I choose. In my college life I experience happiness which are meeting new friends, shaing funny jokes, going to mall and most especially we get together.

 I also experience lonelines which make me sad such as, sometimes i have a little conflict with my classmates because of some understanding, and I also fell lonely when my classmates are secretly talking about me. And sometime I fell alone because because know body loves me except my family..

 I also experience such adventurous and enjoyable activity in my college life. I also experience the hardship and crazyness during exam. That I should always put in my mind that study as a daily routine will make my learning got a high grade. And finally I cannot pursued my course without the sacrificing in my choosen course. ” If you believe in yourself and to God nothing is possible…
